Return/Refund Eligibility:
– Items once sold cannot be returned as these are clay products, Lots of transits may cause breakage
– All delivered items are non-returnable. Damaged or defective items are eligible for refund only.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
– Damaged or defective items (genuine cases only) shall receive a refund of 60% of the order value without the shipping cost. This will be refunded within 7 days after receiving all the necessary photos/videos from the customer to this mail id: returns@claylings.in OR contact@claylings.in
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
